My Gentoo Penguin photo "Pygoscelis papua" was awarded a Judges Choice Ribbon in the Nature section of the 2026 Mawhera National Salon of Photography, an annual photography competition organised by the Greymouth Photography Club.
"Pygoscelis papua" shows a young Gentoo Penguin splashing in the icy waters of Antarctica.
